We inform that the above-mentioned Development Project has been divided into five Investment Tasks:
- Investment Task No. 1: consisting of the construction of 8 semi-detached residential buildings with project numbers 1-8, each with two residential premises,
- Investment Task No. 2: consisting of the construction of 8 semi-detached residential buildings with project numbers 13-20, each with two residential premises,
- Investment Task No. 3: consisting of the construction of 10 semi-detached residential buildings with project numbers 9-12, 21-26, each with two residential premises,
- Investment Task No. 4: consisting of the construction of 10 semi-detached residential buildings with project numbers 31-40, each with two residential premises.
- Investment Task No. 5: consisting of the construction of 10 semi-detached residential buildings with project numbers 27-30, 41-46, each with two residential premises.
The commencement of the sale applies to the entire Development Project, i.e. all residential premises in buildings with project numbers 1-46, carried out as part of the above-mentioned Investment Tasks No. 1-5.
At the same time, we indicate that by commencing the sale, the Company announces its readiness to conclude development agreements within all five Investment Tasks separated from the above-mentioned Development Project.
